A creative space to nurture your expression & wellbeing.

In the 'Mindful Open Studio' we gather to create, reflect, and express ourselves. This is a safe place to use creativity to know yourself and help you find your way through transitions, emotions, and the long path of life.

Each week we will fuse mindfulness principles and practices with creativity. Be prepared to find deeper awareness, confidence and experience the healing power of creativity.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Rachel Rose is an educator, writer & contemplative artist.

She is a registered expressive arts educator with the International Expressive Art Therapy Association. She also holds a Masters of Adult Education focusing on art & transformation. But holding space for mindfullness & the arts has been her life’s work.
